We purchased vinyl shutters for our whole house a few months ago. Recently noticed some parts are loosened. I tried to contact them through email and phone, but no follow-up or reply at all. Very disappointed with their after sale service.
They helped me motorize my existing zebra blinds. My blind rods were too thing to fit the motors. So they took all my blinds back to their factory to get rods replaced. The entire process took only 3 days and I’m pretty happy with the result.
We purchased vinyl shutters for our kitchen window and patio doors several months ago. Sunny Shutters did a great job. The people that we dealt with on the phone, the people that came to measure and the installers were all excellent. The price was very good too. We still wake up, come down to the kitchen and are really happy with the shutters. This is an excellent company to buy shutters from.

The product is fantastic and the sales rep was very helpful and accommodating to my schedule. The blinds were installed well but carelessness caused them to break a very cherished Christmas ornament. They didn't mention to me that they broke it and when I expressed my complaint to the sales rep after the installation it was radio silence. Happy with the product though. Be watchful of
My condo Shutters were installed few hours ago and they look great. So far no problem and hoping this will continue. Good customer service especially when responding to my concerns in adequate manner. Lucas (& Belly) were helpful and polite. Price was noticeably cheaper than other shutters competitors for the same work and installation occurred in the time-frame given at the very beginning. Great service and experience top to bottom. They gave a quote based on my info and were not pushy. I asked for a home consult and Lucas came in and assessed (I measured wrong) ... Gave me another quote pretty close to the original and booked me within a few more weeks. Tons of calls and emails about their arrival timing and process. Love the shutters and it was a great experience all the way!

基于PVC 百叶窗的特殊工艺处理，不受潮，易打理，亮面更通透的特性，我们会推荐安装在卫生间，厨房以及采光比较差的房间，会是完美的选择，实木百叶窗经过哑光漆面处理后，更加适合在阳光充足的房间，客厅等，综合强光，柔和护眼，享受美好生活。
我们有自己的自营工厂，位于多伦多市世嘉堡区。我们所有的零配件全部是来自加拿大。
通常来说，如果您的窗户比较小（低于36英寸/96cm） 2.5inch的百叶片是您的不二之选。如果您想要隐私性和采光兼得，3.5inch 的百叶片就是您最明智的选择。 4.5 inch 的百叶片会给您最大程度的采光，让您家更加通透明亮。
我们所有的PVC 百叶窗都是经过釉面处理，增加 UV（防紫外线）涂层，有效的延长百叶窗的使用寿命并且节能环保。
