I ordered shutters for two rooms. Lucas was very good explaining all the details, the price was very competitive and he provided a walk through of the factory before I decided to place the order. It was delivered ahead of schedule and while there was an issue with the paint on one shutter, Lucas picked it up, fixed it and returned it in 2 days.
