Basically, Vinly shutters are more budget friendly, easier to care, moisture resistant, and when it comes to wood shutters, they are much stronger and there is nothing more stunning than the rich beauty of natural wood.
Vinyl shutters are better installed in locations where there is high humidity or moisture such as in a bathroom next to the shower, solariums, or near a pool, jacuzzi, or sink. Wooden shutters, on the other hand, are much stronger than vinyl so they come in a larger variety of shapes and sizes.
Yes, we have our own manufactory in Scarborgough and every single piece is made in Canada.
Generally , If you have smaller windows not taller than 36”,go with 2 ½, If you want the most popular louver size, go with 3 ½, If you want to allow the most light in and the least obstructed view out, go with 4 ½.
Each vinyl shutter from Sunny Shutters are painted with UV protection coating, which can help keep shutters in great shape and color for longer.
