We purchased vinyl shutters for our whole house a few months ago. Recently noticed some parts are loosened. I tried to contact them through email and phone, but no follow-up or reply at all. Very disappointed with their after sale service.
They helped me motorize my existing zebra blinds. My blind rods were too thing to fit the motors. So they took all my blinds back to their factory to get rods replaced. The entire process took only 3 days and I’m pretty happy with the result.
We purchased vinyl shutters for our kitchen window and patio doors several months ago. Sunny Shutters did a great job. The people that we dealt with on the phone, the people that came to measure and the installers were all excellent. The price was very good too. The product is fantastic and the sales rep was very helpful and accommodating to my schedule. The blinds were installed well but carelessness caused them to break a very cherished Christmas ornament. Great service and experience top to bottom. They gave a quote based on my info and were not pushy. I asked for a home consult and Lucas came in and assessed (I measured wrong) ... Gave me another quote pretty close to the original and booked me within a few more weeks. Tons of calls and emails about their arrival timing and process. Love the shutters and it was a great experience all the way!
