One team, start to finish

A local company built around the whole process.

Sunny Shutter Inc., also operating as Sunny Home Decor, helps clients move from a broad idea to a window covering that fits the room and the window properly. Our work combines free in-home consultation, material selection, precise measurement, local custom production and installation.

Listen in the room

We start with privacy, daylight, insulation, operation, style and budget—not a one-size-fits-all product package.

Compare real materials

See fabrics, colours, hardware and control options in the light where the finished window covering will live.

Make it for the window

Measurements, mount details and product specifications are confirmed before your custom order is produced.

Install with care

Our installation team completes the final fit, checks operation and walks you through the finished product.

What local changes

Better decisions. A cleaner fit. Real accountability.

Custom window coverings involve design choices and technical details. Keeping consultation, specification, production coordination and installation close together makes those decisions easier to manage.

Guidance, not guesswork

Recommendations are based on the room, window and daily use—from glare and privacy to fabric performance and motorization.

Custom, not approximate

Each order is sized and configured for the actual opening, with mount, clearance, hardware and control details reviewed in advance.

Service after selection

The relationship continues through installation and handoff, with a local team available when product or support questions arise.

Built on hands-on craftsmanship

From custom shutters to complete window solutions.

Sunny Shutter’s roots are in making and installing custom shutters in Toronto. Over time, the company expanded into a broader window-covering studio—adding blinds, roller and cellular shades, drapery, sheers and modern motorized systems while keeping the same focus on fit and finish.

Design and fabric Light control, privacy, texture, colour and how the treatment works with the room.

Technology and control Remote, app and compatible smart-home paths selected around the project—not added as an afterthought.

A solution, not just a product

We help connect design, performance and control.

The best-looking option is only right when it also delivers the privacy, light control and everyday operation the room requires. We help compare those tradeoffs before the order is finalized.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Alex was extremely professional and he really took his time to explain everything in details. I had to get the shutters on a rush and he made sure everything is done in about a week. It’s not easy these days to find a company that delivers 100% of what they promise and Sunny Shutters Inc. has done that for us. I could not be happier with their service. I 100% recommend them to anyone who is looking for the best price, quality and service. Thank you!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had a wonderful experience with Lynn and the installation crew. Lynn was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, taking the time to understand my concerns and helping me to select the perfect curtains for my home.

Also, the installation crew (forgot to ask his name) was highly professional, detail-oriented, and efficient. He paid attention to every detailed, ensured everything was installed perfectly, and left the area clean and tidy.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for beautiful curtains and excellent customer service!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I just got roller blades installed for the new house a few days ago.
From the beginning when I entered the show room talking with Alex to the end of this project, Alex did very good work on explaining everything to me and solving the issues during the process. He knows the products well and helps us to get our needs in the budget.
Will recommend him to my friends who have curtains need in the future.
